Rebecca Carr is the Sr. Vice-President of Growth and Hiring Success at SmartRecruiters, and manages global success, research and content, pre-sales solutions consulting, proposal management, and consulting strategy.
During her career, Rebecca has experienced sales, HR, and product leadership for both enterprise and consumer products, with a specialty in recruiting enterprise products. Rebecca has been responsible for product development from start to finish and operational support of product strategy and new feature development as well as product partnerships and integrations.
