Our sixth episode of the Hiring Success Podcast features an interview with Jason Ewell from Insight Partners— a global venture capital and private equity firm based in NYC that invests in growth-stage technology, software, and Internet businesses. Among other things, Jason oversees Insight Onsite’s Talent Center of Excellence, working closely with portfolio companies on organizational design, talent, and the hiring of C-level employees. He’s well versed in the art of getting the C-Suite actively involved in the hiring process, a task that sometimes is anything but easy.
