During these perilous times, if a company is in a position to support its workers and their families, any such measures will be welcome sights.
Facebook & Workday have both taken those steps in the recent week, not only providing bonuses for its full-time workforce, but also by providing excellent ratings for their employees’ first 6 months of performance so that they qualify for additional bonuses later in the year.
These actions will certainly help the employees of Facebook & Workday not only feel supported during a time of tremendous societal crisis, but it will also be a way of those employees to possibly help affected family members as well.
